- Outcoach looks cheaper. Is it?
- For a small roster, often yes, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. At 25 students their Standard plan is around 25 a month against 58 for DrillBase Solo. The maths flips as you grow, because their price rises with every student while ours is flat: 58 covers up to 50 active users and 98 covers any number. If you coach a handful of students and need class administration, they are the cheaper tool.
- Which one suits a children's academy?
- If the job is attendance, makeup classes, homework and keeping parents informed, Outcoach is built squarely for that. DrillBase suits an academy whose product is a structured curriculum that players progress through, and which sells packages rather than term fees.
- Can DrillBase handle parents?
- Students have their own portal and a guardian can hold that access. Parent engagement is not the organising idea of the product the way it is for Outcoach, so compare them on that specifically if it is your main problem.
