- Is DrillBase a replacement for CourtReserve?
- Only if what you are running is a coaching business rather than a venue. If you take court reservations from the public, sell memberships and run a front desk, CourtReserve is doing a job DrillBase does not try to do. If you coach on courts you book, rent or share, DrillBase covers the part CourtReserve treats as one module among many.
- Can I use both?
- Yes, and some academies do. The club runs its courts on facility software while the coaching team runs programs, packages and player progress in DrillBase. There is no integration between the two today, so treat them as separate systems.
- Why is DrillBase cheaper?
- Because it is a smaller product doing a narrower job. DrillBase does not carry a point of sale, membership billing, access control or league management. If you need those, the price difference is not really a saving.
