About
Who are the people behind DrillBase, you might ask. We are a team that has been in the fitness coaching business for more than a decade. Along the way we have helped 100+ full-time coaches through the brand we built, MOVE Private Fitness.
We learned that there are many passionate, brilliant coaches out there. Without a system, though, it is hard for a coach to reach their full potential, in the impact they have on students and in coaching as a career. No wonder so many call it “unstable”. So we built the system that helps coaches raise the standard of what they deliver and build a real, sustainable career.
Our mission
Our team members play racket sports. Some played at a high level, some leisurely hired coaches along the way. And we recognised a familiar gap: brilliant coaches with little system behind them. So we took what we learned in fitness coaching and built DrillBase to help great coaches:

Do you run things for me?
No. We brainstorm with you, hold you accountable, and connect you to specialists in ads, AI and more. You execute.
Do you build every ticket I send?
No. But every ticket gets an answer within 3 business days: built, planned, or not, and why.
What happens after the pilot?
